PINK NOTEBOOK

Leopard babies – Kenya
M. Dupuis

Something to think about: One day in Athens, a man went to find Socrates to tell him a secret about a friend. The philosopher made him pass the test of 3 sieves:

  • Sieve of truth: “did you verify if what you want to say to me is true?”
  • Sieve of kindness: “is what you want to tell me of my friend good?”
  • Sieve of utility: “is it useful that you tell me what my friend did?”
In these 3 questions, the man answered “no”.

“Then, concluded Socrates, if what you want to tell me is neither true, good, nor useful, why do you want to tell me this?”
… But for beauty and truth, here are 2 six -week-old babies’ leopard: enjoy!
